Stage Preview - Short Fuses: The State We’re In…

A gauntlet was thrown down to five writers from the South West. The challenge? To each write a new 20 minute play that responds to the provocation – The State We’re In. Each writer was charged with interpreting this provocation in anyway they chose - some of the pieces are overtly political, some deeply personal, some have humour shot through, others are haunting and lyrical. These five plays will be performed together each night by an ensemble cast, telling stories that shine a unique light on the world we’re living in.
