Kuvuka Cafe to Charity Fundraise as part of 3rd Birthday Celebrations
One of Stokes Croft’s jewels, a quiet café in the heart of the street’s hustle-bustle, come this December Kuvuka will have been serving coffee and tasty treats for 3 years! To celebrate, the café’s runners are asking their wonderful customers to give a few quid to charity with the hope to raise £2,500 towards cancer care in Uganda. To help, the café is going to match everything donated.

Donations will go to the small charity, Suubi Trust, which raises money in the UK to support medical work in Uganda. They have a hand in several clinics which are already built, the staff trained and the equipment paid for so any donations go straight towards actual treatments.
Kuvuka already has a strong relationship with the charity and the café would like to help out even more. Suubi means ‘hope’ and that is what this charity gives to everyone they fund treatment for. What better way to celebrate Kuvuka café’s 3rd birthday than to provide people with hope?
