Ben’s Sister is a company which designs, creates & sells handmade, bespoke, leather handbags. In particular clutch bags. It is managed and owned fully by Becky who acts as the designer, fabric sourcer and chief seamstress, It is truly a brand new company and a very exciting venture for Bristol be to proud of, our very own fashion empire just starting out.

Each and every bag Becky creates is completely unique, she promises to never make the same bag twice. Moreover, the recipient is very much involved in the design process as Becky can send swatches in the post so that the individual can pick and choose leather and lining combinations. Bags can be commissioned to match an outfit or to complement a personal style. In short, the process from design to conclusion is an individual, bespoke service and one that is very personal.

Becky loves Bristol and was happy to return stating ‘I grew up in the South West (just outside Bath) and moved to London for University and work for the following 4 years. I moved back to Bristol in October last year (2006) and have never looked back. The sheer vibrancy of this city is very exciting to be part of and I do not regret my move from London in the slightest’

Becky wanted to shout about her product in Suit Yourself Magazine as ‘I know that the subscribers to your publication are devoted to all things unique, out of the ordinary and personal. In world of mass production we all crave that personal attention to detail so lacking in the majority of objects with which we surround ourselves’
