We only reported on the incredible Ben’s Sister label owner and creator Becky White last issue but so much is happening to this wonderful designer we, at Suit Yourself, felt it was time to give you an update before her designs start appearing in London fashion shows and the glamour of it sweeps her into the realms of the London glitterati. Becky is getting national coverage for her exclusive designs with ease and she only started this company in October 2007, no mean feat for anyone. How fantastic that Becky lives and works in Bristol, the city which champions creativity and independence, we and the city are incredibly proud of her.

Since Christmas Becky has effortlessly sold numerous ranges of her gorgeous hand made clutch bags in Coco Ribbon, Notting Hill to the fashion conscious London crowd, she has created an exclusive range of Lingerie Bags sold through the fabulous online boutique Kuati based in Mayfair, London and some of the bigger labels and magazines are literally knocking on her door. The last few months have been non-stop for Becky.

Becky spent Christmas coming up with some remarkable new designs showcased here but stocks are already being snapped up, she simply can’t make the bags quick enough for the demand, to which end Becky excitedly told us she is thinking of taking on another member to the team and moving to a fab new studio.

There is no doubt that this excitable dynamic young label is set for great things, it is nothing short of remarkable how quickly Ben’s Sister has set upon her meteoric rise to ascendancy and we are proud to profess to have championed her from the very beginning of her illustrious career.
